Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Products may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch — from My Account → Orders, or via support@astrotruth.in.
• After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; you may refuse delivery or use the Return Policy on receipt.

2. Service Bookings

• Puja/chadhava/seva bookings may be cancelled for a full refund before the booking deadline shown on the offering.
• Once the ritual window begins or the ritual is performed, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Refund of Cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; COD orders need no refund.

4. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders for stock unavailability, payment-fraud flags, or temple scheduling issues — with a full refund and prompt notification.
