Puja Terms

These terms apply to puja, chadhava and seva bookings on AstroMart, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

• Offerings are tied to specific dates, tithis and temples. The booking deadline shown on each offering is final.
• Name, gotra and birth details you provide are used solely for the sankalp/ritual and are handled per our Privacy Policy.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Slot capacity is limited and allotted first-come-first-served.

2. Performance & Proof

• Rituals are performed by the temple priests shown on the offering page, on the stated date/tithi.
• Video proof (where offered) is shared to your account and by email/SMS/WhatsApp after completion.
• Prasad/Aashirwad, where included, ships to your delivery address; courier and tracking appear in My Account → Bookings.

3. Rescheduling

If a temple reschedules a ritual (weather, festivals, administrative reasons), your booking is performed on the revised date and you are notified. If it cannot be performed at all, you receive a full refund.

4. Devotee Responsibilities

Please provide accurate sankalp details and a complete delivery address for prasad. Incorrect details may prevent performance or delivery, for which we are not liable.
