Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India via Shiprocket and partner couriers. International shipping is not currently available.

2. Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Metro delivery: 3–5 business days; other regions: 5–8 business days; remote/NE areas may take longer.
• COD orders ship after confirmation; a nominal COD fee may apply.

3. Tracking

Tracking details are shared by email/SMS/WhatsApp and visible under My Account → Orders. You can also use Track Order on the site.

4. Prasad & Ritual Items

Prasad/Aashirwad from puja and chadhava services is shipped to the delivery address given at booking; courier and tracking details appear in My Account → Bookings.

5. Delays & Issues

Festivals, weather or regional disruptions can delay delivery. For lost or stuck shipments, contact support@astrotruth.in / +91-9415695659 — we will trace, reship, or refund as appropriate.
