These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroMart website and services. By accessing or ordering from AstroMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase; a binding contract forms when we accept and dispatch the order or confirm your booking.
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU and others). We never store card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, read together with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
You agree not to misuse the Platform: no unlawful orders, payment fraud, scraping, or attempts to breach security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All content, branding, images and text on AstroMart are the property of AstroTruth India Private Limited or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Astrology readings, puja, chadhava and related services are offered in good faith as religious and traditional practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. See our Disclaimer page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of the Platform.
