Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased on AstroMart, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

Eligible for Return (7 days from delivery)

• Damaged, defective or incorrect items — with unboxing video/photos as proof.
• Unused items in original packaging with tags/certificates intact.

Not Eligible

• Energised/consecrated items, custom-made or engraved products;
• Opened consumables and perishables;
• Items damaged by misuse after delivery.

Process

1. Go to My Account → Orders → Request Return, or email support@astrotruth.in.
2. We arrange reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise we share the return address.
3. After quality check, choose refund (per Refund Policy) or replacement.

Pickup typically completes in 3–5 business days; resolution within 7 days of warehouse receipt.
