Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order. This Refund Policy is framed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Physical Products

• Damaged, defective or wrong items: full refund or free replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video/photos.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI to the details you provide.
• Energised, consecrated or custom-made items (e.g. activated rudraksha, engraved items) and perishables are not eligible for refund unless damaged on arrival.

2. Spiritual Services

• Puja, chadhava and seva bookings are refundable if cancelled before the ritual is performed / before the booking deadline shown on the offering.
• Once performed — evidenced by ritual video or completion confirmation — the service is non-refundable.
• If we or the temple cannot perform a booked ritual, you receive a 100% refund automatically.

3. Donations

Temple donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except for duplicate transactions or payment-gateway errors.

4. How to Request

Email support@astrotruth.in or call +91-9415695659 with your order number. You may also raise a return from My Account → Orders.

5. Failed Payments

Amounts debited for failed transactions are auto-refunded by the gateway within 5–7 business days; contact us with the transaction reference if delayed.
